- 13F Filing
- A quarterly report filed by institutional investment managers with $100M+ in assets, disclosing their equity holdings.
- Form 4
- An SEC filing required when insiders (officers, directors, 10% owners) buy or sell company stock.
- AUM
- Assets Under Management - the total market value of assets managed by an investment firm.
- CIK
- Central Index Key - a unique identifier assigned by the SEC to every entity that files reports.
- CUSIP
- Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures - a 9-character alphanumeric code identifying a security.
- Grand Portfolio
- An aggregation showing the most commonly held stocks across all tracked hedge funds.
- Insider Trading
- Legal trades made by corporate insiders (officers, directors, major shareholders) in their own company's stock.
- Portfolio Weight
- The percentage of total portfolio value represented by a single holding.
- Quarter
- A three-month fiscal period (Q1: Jan-Mar, Q2: Apr-Jun, Q3: Jul-Sep, Q4: Oct-Dec).

- The SEC's Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system - the primary source of all our data.
- Hedge Fund

- 52-Week Low/High
- The lowest and highest trading price of a stock over the past 52 weeks (1 year).
